Anthraquinone is a synthetic natural dye. The basic parent nucleus of anthraquinone compounds is the anthraquinone, and substituents such as hydroxyl group, hydroxymethyl group, methyl group, methoxy group, and the carboxyl group are often found in the parent nucleus.
